Its tagged on this Flamemare's race. The ones from the other whistle just says "Black Flamemare".

Nexon messed up a lot of the race xml. Small trolls, various kobolds in math dungeon to name a few with the "xml.race.#"
Probably just another part to make them all only black instead of random. I've been calling them regal flame mares because of the description, but that's just me. We will just have to wait and see.
They fixed it, and apparently its called "Black Flamemare".
I don't see why they used two different xml.race.# parameters...
