Does it work?
In case anyone is still having the problem where they can't rank Composing from 5->4 after the Bard update, log a ticket explaining the problem, specify which server and character, and attach a screenshot of your composing skill window. I did this and the next day (!) a GM responded by mailing a reset capsule to the affected character to use to de-rank and re-rank the skill.
