Actually this is very well known (and on the Current Bugs page). An easy way to fix this is enter any homestead then enter, the camera angle should be fixed. DevCAT is aware of this glitch and they are working on fixing it. And it's most interiors (especially Tara ones), not just Tir Chonaill's healer.
