Clarification

It says you get points from "standing" near your partner, which suggests this is the only method. I'm pretty sure you can get points from "being" near your partner like using rest etc. Just want to make sure before changing.

as long as you are in range, I'm not sure how far, you will get points. I think you can be as far as around the range of a long bow. give or take.

Yeah I just left it to logic. Keep it simple stupid and all that.

Do you have to be in DDI to accumulate points?

As long as you and your soulmate are nearby, you'll gain points anywhere.

You can get romance points while resting at a campfire near the torch, while picking silvervine fruit, and while fishing. You can also get romance points being near your soulmate in Erinn.

So basically: Just stay near your Soulmate.

Stay near your soul mate at any location, doesn't matter what you are doing (Dungeon, in avon, theater missions, flying, underground...etc), and you will get points...albeit slow and time consuming. Better off dancing and doing the psychology test.

Doing all three is best. Managed to do it in 5 hours.

Okay, next question: Nexon's announcement says the minimum range for being with your partner is 20 meters or 2,000. True or false?

that's more than a typo...anyways I've noticed that so long I'm around 2000 range wtih my soulmate, I still get points and the message thing.

To add to this, it seems to only work in Doki Doki Island? I was doing dance party with my soulmate in my HS and we haven't seen the message in awhile. .3.

Homestead results in nothing. Other places seem to work.

Update: Anywhere works. I checked on my homestead as I afked for a nightly snack. It went up.
