Prairie and Desert dragon stomps?

I have never seen them use stomp, but the flight page mentions it has flying as part of its stomp animation, but it's not flying. Do they have stomp, but just never use it?
Prairie Dragon doesn't have it, but Desert does. I've seen it fly and stomp the ground, much like a gargoyle or the dragon pets.

Are you sure it wasn't lag or something? I fight all dragons pretty much every single day since raids came out and never seen it.
No lag. I fought it a long time ago, so they probably tweaked it (which I doubt).
