second kind?

Is there a second kind of these? The ones i get from the fireworks kit box have a blue uhh.. sprite thing, and the description is slightly different: Use this to shoot fireworks into the sky. Unlike other kits, you don't need a campfire to use it. Create a message and shoot it into the sky.

No, there isn't. Someone really must've messed up when putting this or it changed a very long time ago.
