Using "futuristic technologies," I found there really isn't a way to find it and is randomized...not sure if the event ones are fixed soo yeah...if anyone else gets another zeder II and/or hermit staff, please fix accordingly.

Actually, you can find the bonuses in the items themselves. I already wrote up a snippet for the weapon/equip templates to display the possible random bonus ranges, but I haven't implemented it yet.

yeah I found that after snooping some more...excuse me while I go salvage my things in the mess of emerald golems.
