5 star food doesn't require 5-star?

Found out, the saying "You cooked a Delicious meal" or somethin or other is well enough for the 4-star quest

That's kinda unrelated. Delicious means you got a 4 star. Tasty means 3. Incidentally, heavenly is 5 star. I've had times where it says I've cooked a delicious meal and it does not count for the 4 star quest. I've also had times where I cooked a delicious meal and it counts for the 5 star quest.

It all goes back to the hidden quality I mentioned in both of those sections, which can not be accessed by normal means.
