Frozen blast

I haven't been able to defend against frozen blast successively with ice shield as of yet. I'm not sure if this is because the short range of frozen blast causes the alchemist to get inside the shield and ignore it or if it simply doesn't work against it. Will test later~

I think it's only meant to avoid outside attacks...attacks from the inside would ignore protection against the elements. o-o

that's the problem, I can't tell if frozen blast penetrates ice shield or if it's simply because it's inside.
