Since G4 doesn't have a storyline, and G3's Dark Knight quests aren't in here, while all the other trans quests are, could I put in the G3's Dark Knight quests into G4's section to fill that bit up?

That wouldn't be correct. It wasn't released in G4 and it has nothing to do with the content released in G4. We go by official names given by Nexon for generation quests. Sidequests=/=Generation Quests.

So we just leave G4 as it is? Or can we just take the G4 section out altogether? The latter would be my next choice, I don't like the way G4 is situated right now.

What's there right now is pretty useless. I think it can be removed, or maybe leave a simple note that there wasn't a mainstream story to it.
