Incorrect Questions
Should incorrect questions have their corrections noted next to them, or placed in comment tags so you can only see them in edit mode? I think that having them next to the question may get in the way of ctrl+f.
How about we list our corrections in a new section on the "OX Quiz Event" page. http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/index.php?title=OX_Quiz_Event
That way people can still use control-F on the page that only shows the questions - http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/index.php?title=OX_Quiz_Event/Questions - without the risk of their search being distracted by our corrections.
I'd rather not have the border around the incorrect questions, since people who use CTRL+F might end up looking at the incorrect question and mistaking it for correct, when it's actually wrong (according to Nexon).
I agree. A friend of mine got confused by the border, too.
Or, maybe putting it under closed hidden text instead? I don't know if that will mess up ctrl+f on this page however.
Agreed. No need for a border at all on this part. But I'll leave it to someone with more technical skill to remove it.
Would it also be worth putting a sentence at the very top of the page suggesting people use http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/index.php?title=OX_Quiz_Event/Questions when playing the quiz, so that Ctrl-F will never find anything that isn't in a question text?
I'm actually of the opinion that the incorrect questions section doesn't have a place on this wiki. This is supposed to be a guide for the game, not some trivia outlet or community chatterspace like TV tropes (though going by additional comments to some incorrect questions it'd seem some users think otherwise).
Actually it's doing a whole lot more than that. Even if I thought that was a good reason, a single line in the summary would suffice to warn players that some of the answers are actually wrong. A mark next to a statement in the list of statements would suffice to show that it's incorrectly set by the game. As the list stands now it's a bunch of people who thought they were contributing to the wiki by posting anything and everything they could think of which is how pages get trimmed back by irate editors.
