Revamp of Partner Special Abilities Section

I believe it needs one, at least. A "can" and "cannot" list is not exactly efficient for a wiki page.

I attempted a reorganization of the compiled information. It's not quite done yet, but you can find it in my Sandbox here. Comment on it here, make your own edits to reword things there, I don't mind.

My main concern is the information regarding the partner quest system, since the information was duplicated in the "Quests" section. Should all the information be in "Special Abilities" section (leaving the Quests section with only the quest data) or the other way around?

Also, can someone here confirm the whole "marrying your partner" thing? So far, all I've been going by is hearsay.

It looks good to me. It's definitely a lot more organized, and I like how you didn't use too many bullet points -- the current page seems to be overloaded with them.

Okay...I should probably say this here; I'm going to downplay the whole Partner Proposal thing in my revision of this section until we know more about it. Because apparently from Solar's personal experience, they reject you/put the matter on hold no matter what? (Yes, I finally decided to look through the mess of previous discussion topics from weeks ago and found out just now. Thanks for not editing in that semi-important piece of information, guys. LOL XD)

I'll shove it in the Miscellaneous Features sub-section for the time being with a description of how it works according to how Solar described it. Unless someone found something out about it after Solar made that forum post (which was July 10)?

Shame if it's true, though. For all the ronery people, at least. /jk ;P
