Outlaw

Just how often do they spawn? I've been through seven of their bases and none of them were present.

My theory is that their spawning is also determined by how much they're worth and if you get Master Bandits instead of Veteran Bandits. Remember, they're not supposed to be common, especially since the entire server shares them.

My findings so far:

• I have gone to at least 30 regular bandit homesteads. All of which were dropped from either Veteran Bandit triggers, Master Bandit triggers, or integrated.
• I have found the Outlaws twice, both of which were dropped from Master Bandit triggers.
• Once, when defeating Master Bandits, none of them dropped homestead tickets at all.

I've received Outlaw passes from every spawn trigger, Have encountered 7 so far. One thing I have noted is that a homestead ticket will not drop when someone is in a encounter with the boss. Its only a theory, but I have had several times where I suddenly stopped getting passes, and about 2-4 min later, the bandit was captured.

One trick for multiple tickets I use, is : if your spawns drop 3 tickets, pick em all up, go park next to the wanted board quickly, drop the 2 newest tickets, use the oldest 1. If there is no outlaw, promptly exit, reacquire the pursuit on the board, pick up the next ticket, rinse repeat

Um, won't the pass expire?

they expire in 2 min, plenty of time, its not to use all 3 passes, its to cycle through the 3 passes looking for the outlaw.

Wait, so 1 bandit spawn can drop multiple tickets?

Yep. Seen two drop before.
