Upon completion of the Hamlet arc (g13) I got a normal quest upon log in called "Gathering Small Green Gems" which doesn't seem to be listed anywhere on the wiki. Is this a sidequest?

G13 was part of a beginner quest at one point.

Back then, you had to complete some parts of beginner quest in order to progress into G13.
