Easier to Break?

Is it me or did Soul Absorption became really easy to break? I remember that it needed a lot of hits to break, but I just did it today and it only took 3 seconds, even though the counter showed 10k.

I think it may be based off of damage. I remember it used to be difficult, but is a joke now.

My guess is that the separate Soul Absorption meter doesn't take Protection and/or Apostle Damage Reduction into account anymore.

Probably not. I don't know how to test it either, but I miss the harder version.

Yeah, it doesn't take protection and reductions for the bar anymore, but girgashiy still takes highly reduced damage. My cloud pet hits around 50 on the bar each hit, and that is around its base damage. Girgashiy himself is only taking 1 damage though.
