Increased auto-success?
A friend of mine, with Rank F Fishing, has gotten every single catch when they were auto-fishing, without using a chair or a seal. Only the increased success title. I am not sure about without the title, as they don't want to unequip it. Just how large of a success rate boost does the 2nd title give? Or does the fishing bait have a largely increased success rate?
Considering my r6 fishing has failed multiple times even with the special fishing bait, I'm going to assume that the 2nd title is amazing.

They might be just really lucky, because I have failed with rank 1, no fishing title.
Adonis Bonus + Nishida Title + Chair = hardly fail for me. Majority of my catches were successes. Then again I have a bunch success chances stacked ontop of each other. I'd say super lucky then.
Rank 4 + Title + Chair = 100% success for me. You might not even need the Adonis Bonus.
Going by the wiki's page on fishing I'd say that it's unlikely that the second title is just that amazing being that rank F supposedly grants a meagre 42% auto success rate.
I think people should be somewhat cautious about stating their success rate, unless you have a very large and accurate sample it'll be difficult to tell. At the least, I have r1 Fishing and typically use an Adonis set and that seemingly rarely fails despite the numbers for just those two adding up to 80% auto success. With the title on top I don't appear to fail at all. I'm trying to go with just the title and not the Adonis now and though I haven't failed yet I'm gonna need a much bigger sample to be sure of that.
