Lance Combat Beginner Talent Weapon?

Recently I viewed someone's equipment and saw a "beginner Lion Claw Lance". However, It states here that this talent recieves the same weapons as Close Combat. Is there a Beginner Lion Claw Lance in the game?

There probably is. The current table was copied and pasted here from the Destiny page with minor alterations to it, which was not a good idea whatsoever.
