Possible typo?

It's not a typo and it's not intentional.
This is actually a bug, which was fixed in the g17s3 (Shamala) patch. Archer talent will give 10 dexterity instead of 10 strength when this bug is fixed, but it is unknown yet if NA Mabinogi will get the bugged or fixed version of this talent bonus... for the time being, I suggest listing this in a "Known Issues" section on this page.
