WHERE do they spawn?

A bit above the Quilla mana tunnel, about where north of quilla mana tunnel and west of Kaypi Canayon mana tunnel cross.

For some reason, it only affects the new mobs, not the old field bosses.

huh? Are you saying that the new mobs have the dynamic combat system? I don;t get it...

Or... you can talk to the Trump npc and click the button 'Hunt Trump Monsters' to get a wing to teleport to the location of the Trump monsters. :)
