Finishing Journal Pages?

I few weeks ago I had started creating these individual pages for each of the Collection Journals. They were to have charts with more specific details then is currently offered on the Collection Journal page.

Here is what I have done so far: Fishing Journal Taming Journal

I had not yet started a page for the Cooking Journal. Since I've started school again, I don't have the time to finish the pages, but I really think the wiki needs them.

Would someone please complete them for me? (Ignore the 'Please Dont Edit' tag) Thank you for your time!
