How is this page done?

I'm working on bettering another Wiki for another game (RaiderZ) and seeing as it's fairly similar to this Wiki I was curious on how the discussion page worked, and thought that it might be a good addition to the website. I thought the layout here would work well, the "Start a new discussion" button being really convenient. If anyone would mind telling me that that's done or link me somewhere that can teach me, you'll have my utmost gratitude.

I would investigate other options, LiquidThreads does not play well with newer versions of MediaWIki.

No, sorry. If I had any I might have replaced it here by now :) I like normal talk pages just fine myself, but I doubt most people agree with me.
