And on a side note...I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with looking at other user pages to grab a few code snippets, but to practically copy another user's ENTIRE user page, including layout, subpages (hell, even the "page under construction part") while only changing things like name, skill rank, leaves a less than stellar impression.
