So is it not part of G9? I didn't go to the board to get it and I don't have another mission that I've been given. The different categories of missions make no sense to me. There's like six of them.

That's just it. That is only one of the lists of G9 quests, there are at least two and each is different. The list on this page should be the same as the other ones - at least the parts that overlap.
