Enjoy the new Balloon Festival with your fellow Milletians! Collect as many balloons as possible as a server to get amazing prizes, like the Note Airplane, Erinn Union Scout Set, and more! Check out the full details here.[1]
Overview
- The objective of the event is to earn Deflated Balloons and Balloon Festival Coins.
- Deflated Balloons can be converted into Full Balloons, and then redeemed for Balloon Festival Coins at NPC Zeno.
- The majority of Balloon Festival Coins must be earned via this method.
- NPC Lenny appears once per (real) day and directly gives additional Balloon Festival Coins through the Lenny's Gift Box.
- Balloon Festival Coins can be redeemed for prizes at the Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop and the Special Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop.
- Deflated Balloons can be converted into Full Balloons, and then redeemed for Balloon Festival Coins at NPC Zeno.
Event Duration Notes
- The event has a total duration of 5 weeks.
- Weekly server-wide balloon collection efforts will only cycle 4 times.
- This is because the rewards for week 1 collection must be received in week 2, and week 4's rewards must be received in week 5.
- Due to this, Zeno will NOT accept balloons during week 5.[2] This deprives the main source of obtaining Balloon Festival Coins.
- The Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop and the Special Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop will remain open during week 5.
- Lenny will NOT be present during week 5.
Event Details
- Log in to receive the quest, "[Guide] You're invited to the Balloon Festival.".
- Then head on over to Dunbarton to register a main character with Zeno.
- Once you register a main character you will receive a Balloon Festival Guide.
- Using the guide will show you the details on the Balloon Festival event progression.
Earning Deflated Balloons
- As a main character you can receive Deflated Balloons through the following methods:
- Finish the quest, "Look for a Deflated Balloon (1)".
- Finish the quest, "Look for a Deflated Balloon (2)".
- Both quests require you to complete the daily Shadow Mission.
- Each quest will reward Deflated Balloon x2
- The daily VIP Shadow Mission does not count.
- Stay logged in for 36 minutes.
- Can receive once per day.
- Resets at 12:00am PDT100.
- Log in each day.
- Monday - Friday: Deflated Balloon x1
- Saturday - Sunday: Deflated Balloon x3
- From the reward box from completing Shadow Missions.
- You can obtain a max of 7 per day.
Delivering Full Balloons
- Inflate the Deflated Balloons with the Blow Up Balloon Action, turning them into Full Balloons.
- Then take the Full Balloons to Zeno.
- Zeno will exchange 1 Balloon Festival Coin per 1 Full Balloon you deliver to him.
- You can deliver up to 15 Full Balloons per day.
- Delivery time resets at 12:00am PDT100.
Weekly Bonus from Full Balloons delivery
- A bonus amount of coins will be awarded at the end of each week to each player, based on the total number of Full Balloons delivered during the week.
- These are given by Zeno at the same time as claiming of the Balloon Festival Stage Gift Box.

Server-wide Cooperative: Balloon Festival Stage Rewards
- Work together with your fellow Milletians to turn in as many Full Balloons as possible within the collection to receive better rewards!
- Balloons are counted per server.
- The Cooperative resets weekly.

- You cannot deliver Full Balloons to Zeno during the reset period!.
