Zeno is back! That means it's time to party, so let's get some balloons! Check out all the details below.[1]
Overview
- The objective of the event is to earn Deflated Balloons and Balloon Festival Coins.
- Deflated Balloons can be converted into Full Balloons, and then redeemed for Balloon Festival Coins at NPC Zeno.
- The majority of Balloon Festival Coins must be earned via this method.
- NPC Lenny appears once per (real) day and directly gives additional Balloon Festival Coins through the Lenny's Gift Box.
- Balloon Festival Coins can be redeemed for prizes at the Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop and the Special Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop.
- Deflated Balloons can be converted into Full Balloons, and then redeemed for Balloon Festival Coins at NPC Zeno.
Event Duration Notes
- The event has a total duration of 5 weeks.
- Weekly server-wide balloon collection efforts will only cycle 4 times.
- This is because the rewards for week 1 collection must be received in week 2, and week 4's rewards must be received in week 5.
- Due to this, Zeno will NOT accept balloons during week 5.[2] This deprives the main source of obtaining Balloon Festival Coins.
- The Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop and the Special Balloon Festival Coin Exchange Shop will remain open during week 5.
- Lenny will NOT be present during week 5.
Event Details
- During the event, you will receive the quest, "[Guide] You're invited to the Balloon Festival."
- Find Zeno in the Dunbarton Town Square.
- Register a main character with Zeno.
- You can only register one character per account.
- You will receive the following event items after completing [Guide] You’re invited to the Balloon Festival
- Using the guide will show you the details on the Balloon Festival event progression
- Use this to inflate the Deflated Balloons into Full Balloons
- 10,000 EXP
- Balloon Festival Guide
- Blow Balloon Action
- Deflated Balloon x1
Earning Deflated Balloons
- As a main character, you can receive event rewards through the following methods:
- Log in once per day.
- Monday - Friday: Deflated Balloon x1
- Saturday - Sunday: Deflated Balloon x3
- Stay logged in for 36 minutes. (Once per day)
- You will receive the following items:
- Deflated Balloon x1
- Balloon Festival Attendance Box (2022) x1
- Fighting Inflation 2nd Title Fragment x1
- Collect 15 fragments and bundle them together to receive the Fighting Inflation 2nd Title Coupon New! (Luck +30).
- You will receive the following items:
- Finish the daily quest, "[Event] Look for a Deflated Balloon (1)"
- Finish the daily quest, "[Event] Look for a Deflated Balloon (2)"
- Both quests require you to complete the Daily Shadow Mission.
- Each quest will reward Deflated Balloons x2.
- The daily VIP Shadow Mission does not count.
- From the reward box from completing Shadow Missions.
- You can obtain a maximum of 7 Deflated Balloons per day.
- Log in once per day.
- The event resets daily at 7:00am PDT100.
- All event quests and event items will be removed when the event ends.
Delivering Full Balloons
- Inflate the Deflated Balloon with the Blow Balloon Action, then deliver them to Zeno.
- Each Full Balloon you deliver will reward you with Balloon Festival Coin x1.
- You can deliver up to 15 Full Balloons per day.
- The delivery time resets daily at 7:00am PDT100.
Weekly Bonus from Full Balloons delivery
- You will also receive more Balloon Festival Coins depending on how many Full Balloons you deliver within each week.
- You can claim these rewards after the Balloon reset period by talking to Zeno.

Server-wide Cooperative: Balloon Festival Stage Rewards
- Work together with your fellow Milletians to turn in as many Full Balloons as possible within the collect period to receive better rewards!
- Balloons are counted for the server each week.
- The collection period ends when the reset period is reached for the week.

- When the reset is complete, talk to Zeno to claim your Balloon Festival Stage Gift Box determined by the stage the server achieved during the collection period.
- You must deliver at least 1 Full Balloon during the week to be eligible for this reward.
- If Balloon Stage 4 is reached within the time period, then the balloons will float away during the reset period!
- You cannot deliver Full Balloons to Zeno during the reset period.
