The Bespectacled Boy is sought by the Milletian after Lassar suggests to speak to him about the mysterious Runestone received from Duncan. The Bespectacled Boy, initially surprised by the Milletian's appearance, recognizes the Runestone as his and claims that it contains someone's memories within it. He then encourages the Milletian to offer it to the altar in Alby Dungeon to investigate the story behind it.
After the Milletian returns from Alby Dungeon, they find that the Runestone is missing, but reveal to the Bespectacled Boy that the memories contained within the Runestone belonged to a powerful, strange woman. The Bespectacled Boy laments over the fact that he could not experience the memory himself, but thanks the Milletian for helping him with his research. He then tells the Milletian that the tale contained within the Runestone was more important than the item itself, and to let Duncan know that the Runestone was recovered without a hitch.
The Milletian visits the Bespectacled Boy once again when they find that a Mana Stone is needed in order to make a new Runestone for Eiren. The Bespectacled Boy tells them that he can easily find a high-quality one, but asks the Milletian why they are in a rush to obtain it. Nonetheless, he agrees to help them and tells the Milletian to bring him a Holy Water of Lymilark. Once that is taken care of, the Bespectacled Boy gives the Milletian a Pure Mana Stone and bids them farewell.
Later, Aeira warns the Milletian that a boy with glasses returned to the Dunbarton Bookstore to see if anyone else had read the old book previously taken by them, seeming really happy while muttering about a plan. The Milletian eventually realizes that the Bespectacled Boy was possibly a Fomor enemy who contaminated the Mana Stone used to make the improved Runestone for Eiren, then recalls their encounter with him to the Ace heroes.
