Heretics

Some of the heretics assailing Avalon Gate.

Heretics are groups of people that believe in otherworldly gods not native to Erinn, and are dubbed as such by the Alban Knights. These groups usually do not regard Aton Cimeni in a positive light.

These Heretics were a group of cultists that worshipped an otherworldly god, Mother Ladeca.
They existed a long time ago, at the time where The Elder still led the Alban Knights. He fought against them multiple times.
Their dogma is to spead salvation to through violence and destruction. Several villages were destroyed by their actions. To attain power, they actively encourage the sacrifice of one's loved ones.

• Some cultists that supposedly received Mother Ladeca's blessing became phantoms.
• It is not known if this Ladeca is related to Erinn's moon of the same name.

• The Prophets : the four known figureheads. They use an otherworldly energy to turn people into Apostles, known as 'Unholy Light'.
