Mochail, sometimes spelled as Mahail, is the author of various cookbooks. Glenis can briefly mention them while using the Skills Keyword on her to obtain Step-By-Step Cooking Skill 101.
Curiously enough, they are also the author of Electric Magic for the Advanced - Thunder, implying that Mochail is both a chef and a magician.
