Appearance Change Diffuser
A portable diffuser that makes Spider monsters look like Scented Bears.

Right-click and select "Activate" to change the appearance of the relevant type of monsters. (Does not stack)

Methods to Obtain

Given by Trefor.
- Can be obtained by speaking directly to Trefor.
- Automatically given by walking through the cliff passage between Trefor and Alby Dungeon (in either direction).

Used in

Visually changes all Spider monsters into the Scented Bear monster.
- Spiders retain all their original stats and abilities, including the generation of Cobwebs.

Details

This change is only on the player's end.
The respective stats and abilities of the monsters is retained.
The Scented Bears will only appear after the totem is activated. Spiders that have been loaded into the game beforehand will remain unaffected.
- One can move out of range of the render and then back in for the change to take place.
The effect of the Portable Diffuser carries over into RP missions.
- However the player character in the Giant Spider RP Dungeon is unaffected, despite being a spider.
Does not function for Laghodessas, despite also being spiders.
Does not function for Spider Wasps.
Transformation Mastery's Spider transformations remain unaffected.
Does not function for Pets such as the Guardian Spider.
Does not function for the spiders spawned by failing the Freestyle Jam minigame.
