There was a bug which prevents user from removing that enchant out of their pet. Has this issue already been patched in the previous patch? I can't confirm it because I don't really participate in the event that much, but if it is, I think someone should edit it that out to keep the information up to date with the game.

As far as I know, it still can't be traded between the pet and character. You have to send a ticket to Nexon, They will check your pet and move the scroll in to your character's inventory.

Is this a new item like the Big Pelican Protector or is it like... a normal dragon crest enchanted with the Giant enchant (i.e. a fail translation from the website)?

Its suppose to be something similar to the Big pelican Protector. Its a dragon crest with the words (XL) on the bottom

I've made the page for the Big Dragon Crest. This should clear things up.
