Yeah, and there's also a different set of beginner quests for humans who start in Rano. We'll have to make separate articles for those when they come out. ---Angevon

It completely skips some quests by making you lv15 and since druid talent for a free card isn't technically in their 'talent' quest list for some reason, my friend didn't get the quest where he gets the horse whistle at the healer house (2nd one of the beginner quest line for a human in udlah).

When I made an alt and chose the close combat talent, after Nao's Letter of Introduction, it went straight to Fighting Lessons, with only combat skills being learned and then to Endelyon's Quest where you gather one egg. Did the quest line change again?

Can we move those to Classes and Training, perhaps?

I'm new to the game and the beginner quests I'm getting are completely different from what is listed here. Just for reference, these are the quests that I was given: After giving Nao's letter to Duncan, the next quest is to go to the healer, who sends me to Nora to learn Rest. The next quest is from Duncan to do the first two bulletin board lessons and the reward is all the basic combat and magic skills. After that are a couple quests with Ferghus to learn about moon gates and continent transportation. And then is a quest to get one egg for Endelyon (but you can still get her side quest to collect 5 eggs) and last is a quest from Trefor to rescue the child in Alby Dungeon. Advent of the Goddess begins after that. I also have a character I made a couple years ago but wasn't interested in Mabinogi. I picked him back up and he got a weird mix of some of these new quests with some of the old ones. Did they make these changes in the last couple weeks?

Sorry, the most recent update completely redid G1-G3 and all of the beginner quests, and we didn't get a chance to update the beginner quests pages yet.

anyone knows why after i did the Rest quest i never recived the malcolm's ring quest?

Check to see whether you actually clicked "finish" for the Rest quest, and whether you've finished the Act 1 quests in G13. If you've done both, and still don't have the Malcolm's Ring quest, then I think you have a problem.

...old alt, decided to talk to trefor with the quest in hand and I come across the most oddest dialog (Unfortunately, I could not make a screenshot fast enough cause I hit the spacebar too quick.

I kid you not, this is the exact line he said. Is it because it's an outdated quest? The reward is a Wings of a Goddess and 1160 EXP.

Wait, you can click through text by pressing spacebar?... This is most likely an error on Nexon's part since, if memory servers, NPC dialogue and storyline are server-sided.

yep you can o.o...anyways I doubt it since it is a really old quest. Before G13 revamp.

I'm not exactly sure what to do here. G13 has changed the Human Uladh beginner quests quite drastically, and a lot of quests just don't come anymore, it seems. I don't really want to delete anything yet, but...

Thoughts on the matter?

If you happen to be going through the new beginner quests, maybe make a list of the quests you get and post them here?

I've gone through them twice to make sure (made new accounts) and edited the beginner quests page accordingly. What I find strange is that everything after protecting the sheep seems to just, not be there at all. I've leveled to 24, and no continuation of the quest.

After protecting the sheep, you're given G13's starting quest. Maybe G13 is the new beginner quest chain?

In fact, I just finished Act 1 of Hamlet on my new Alchemist Human and well, I got Malcolm's Ring shortly after getting the Rest Quest from Nora. So, I'll edit it accordingly.

Skyl, don't delete before we're sure of everything. When you finish "Duncan's Praise", you get the G13 quest, "Ancient Avon Relic". We can't be sure that you don't get these after, say, Act 2 of Hamlet. If you delete, it makes it difficult to put back later...

Also. I'm on Act 4 or 5 of Hamlet on my new guy. I only got the "Gathering Wool" Quest and the "Reach Level 20" quest.

Finally finished Hamlet and I received the "Gather Small Green Gems" quest.

Yeah, to add onto skyl's comment, after i finished gather small green gems quest i got "Gathering berries" quest

I think these need changed even more, now. Nora's quest to learn rest doesn't even /exist/ anymore.

Hm, is the list completed? I have my doubts on that.

Definitely not.

Someone should go and edit the Ogre Warrior Section. I completed the objective by killing one in G3's Ruari Dark Knight RP dungeon.
