Talk:Campfire

From Mabinogi World Wiki

The "Enchant Burn" chart is very useful, but it only lists the information for Campfire ranks that aren't implemented (?). Is this correct, or are they mislabeled? If they're correct, does anyone have the info for the implemented ranks?

Just looked at the date of this question. It's a bit out of date, but to answer:
Unless the data is different from the Japanese server and the North American server, everything sould be right. Campfire will only affect Enchant Burn success rate from rank B, which is why the chart starts at rank B.Zephyre 10:59, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

I just ranked up to rank B campfire and the description says that it's 150% resting effect, rather than the 190% listed on this page. Is there any confirmation that this might be a typo? --Xmasreturns 22:38, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Incorrect Burn Success Rate

With the latest update, the cap was lifted to R8. At rank 2, the burn success rate is still 71% and does NOT increase.

better firewood + campfire = better enchant burn success rate?

can somebody check if better firewood helps will enchant burns?

Higher wood helps burns just like campfires rank. Higher wood also increases the rest bonus. Also, remember to sign your comments with ~~~~ Tellos 03:06, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Check the enchant page. I added a table which illustrates the effect of higher grade campfire wood on enchant extraction. Perhaps said table could be updated and added to the campfire page?---Kaeporo 12:31, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Archery + fire

Is it +(damage*0.5) or is it damage*1.5 ~kotarou3 TALKCONTRIBS 07:14, 24 August 2010 (UTC)

I don't see what the difference would be between the two. --κєνıи тαıĸ«) 07:57, 24 August 2010 (UTC)

r6 Scented Candle Reward

Was thinking, a Scented Candle page/disambiguation could be created, and then the reward would say it depends on which colour you choose (as opposed to saying Lavender as it does now)?

Bronzebreak (talk)22:32, 27 October 2020

Converted the Candles page into a Category:Candles and changed the quest reward as suggested.

Updated burn bonus.

I don't have the time/energy to do the burn bonuses, but the skill got uncapped and the bonuses got increased a lot so somebody need to redo them.

r1 campfire + r1 enchant + Normal wood = 78% r1 campfire + r1 enchant + Finest wood = 83%

At what rank exactly does the fire on the campfire increase?

There seems to only be 3 sizes of fire.

I would assume it's the ranks where Accommodated Players changes (i.e. F~D, C~A, 9~1) сука Unless or maybe the duration ranks instead?

鍾国豪-BIassreiter (talk)20:44, 26 April 2013

Both would make sense. Although, I think 8 already uses the 3rd (largest) fire size?

Also, does Campfire Kit also assume the fire size of the respective rank like firewood would?

IIRC Campfire Kit is Rank F. It doesn't take into account the player's Campfire rank as the description says: Allows the user to create a campfire without knowing the Campfire skill and without the need of Firewood. nib

鍾国豪-BIassreiter (talk)20:50, 26 April 2013

Nop. It dus. gg nib.

Lump had Rank 8? His fire healed me slower than mine though.

鍾国豪-BIassreiter (talk)21:00, 26 April 2013

Then Campfire Kit probably doesnt take effect into account, only visual size.

I just used a kit and it healed the same rate as the firewoods.

Did I say 3? I meant there's only 2 sizes. Woops.

Regneration Bonus

Say, for instance, that a player with r7 Rest (400% Stamina rate) sits at a rA Campfire (200% regeneration rate).

Would this result in a 600% faster stamina regen (additive) or 800% (multiplicative)?

Domirade [Tarlach] (talk)02:33, 17 May 2011

Judging by the rate that I recover stamina with my rA rest and r9 camp, it looks to multicative. rA is 325%, or 1.3 stam/second. Combined with a r9 campfire, 250%, that equals 3.25 SP/sec.
