There's no socks or anything so is just the clothes with the feet cut off from the pic just fine? x.x?
Edit: This may also spark a debate on clothes such as Pop Star Dress or Ceremonial Dress.
Well, the policy did say the focus is on the clothes, not the character, so there should definitely be no problem with cut off feet/head.
I'm actually less sure about the opposite, whether having the full character in picture was okay at all. Personally I think that gives a better sense of the looks of the clothes, than just the clothes by themselves, especially in proportion to the character.
Remember most people cannot zoom in as much as you can, Mikaya =v
Keep the head. Pictures look weird without heads. Feet can be cropped off it it helps you zoom in more, -unless- the clothing has stockings.
