The Red/Black LLB & Jagged Mini Skirt are normally available as rare items at the fishing ship. We should either split them off or make a note that they aren't Event items. Unless they are "Event" because they become more common during the event? --Sherida 18:00, 29 September 2010 (UTC)

Since the Jagged Mini Skirt was listed as an "event" item by Nexon, that should stay up but the bow should not, and yes I believe the bow is easier to get now. Even giant characters are getting two of them.--钟国豪-BIassreiter 00:05, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

Fishing Up premium items with NX rod and regular bait - is still possible? I've heard some people quit getting Premium items when they used JUST the NX rod now. Did the 1 hour maintence (or in this case the Tuesday Maintence) change that? - User:Code2008 06:49, Oct. 6th, 2010

Frill Short Dress

I got one with the event rod but with normal bait. I think the rod is what matters for the event items, or maybe Frill Short Dress is a non-nx item.--钟国豪-BIassreiter 03:26, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

This is strange, last night in port ceann, I had the event rod and normal bait on and all i caught in 30 minutes were shellfish, shrimp, potions, and golden eggs. --Dias 12:58, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure what to think- I equipped a Fishing Contest Fishing Pole last night and Regular Fishing Bait and received nothing to do with the event at all. I was fishing in Port Ceann and received items that I would fish there if the event was not in progress. Nothing at all from the event- only things such as quest scrolls, bottles with notes, silk striped marlin... I won't equip the pole with the regular bait again. If anyone noticed the what the official anouncement said, it said you can restock the event with normal bait. In un-broken english that means you just need the event rod and any bait. Tellos 00:10, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Yes. Not only did I fish up a Frill Short, but also a Fitted Cord. Not possible without event gear. I have two accounts I fish on, one with premium fishing gear and another without. The one without never caught anything listed under the premium section until I bought a rod from the cash shop. Once it had a Fishing Contest Fishing Rod equipped with normal bait, it began to catch premium items. Note- this was not at Port Ceann- Port Ceann is different than the Fishing Boat. If you fish in Port Ceann with a "Premium" rod and normal bait equipped, you will receive normal items at Port Ceann as if there were no event taking place. -- Jspillers | (Talk) 08:25, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Either the Fitted Cord/Frill Short are not NX-Bait event items, or maybe I have bad luck with robes. I was able to get a Fitted Cord and Frill with the event rod and normal bait, but then after a while when I switched over to my leftover NX bait I was able to fish up a Sea Bream.--钟国豪-BIassreiter 11:44, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Bone Marine Stuff

Been fishing on Port Ceann and getting a relatively large number of Bone marine stuff (gaunts, boots, and helms), but these do not appear on the page. Is this normal or event-related? We might want to add a sublist to the Regular list concerning items that usually came from one place, but are available at both places during the event at a highe occurence. --TwiliTerror 06:40, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

I agree, because its similar to the red/blk llb that originally came from the fishing boat and now placed in Port Ceann in courtesy of the event, so wouldn't it be better to just place it in the regular list? SoraHikari 03:52, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

I've added it a few times, but every time I add it I always come back to the page and someone takes these down. If the Red/Black LLB can be on there, why not the more common Bone Marine equipment so many are fishing up? Esarianna 20:00, 3 October 2010 (UTC)

Event Fishing Rod Color

Though not really important, but the physical color of the event rod color seem to change occasionally. Possible explanations? --Dias 16:59, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Well when I was wearing my black and purple prem wear, then equipped the rod, the rod became black and purple, not sure with robes. --TwiliTerror 17:07, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

I think this is more of a normal glitch rather then an event one Dias. I've had more then one incident of previewing equipment where it showed the item I already had equipped, but the colors changed on it. This has happened before with a Lava Cat Robe I had equipped by the way, TwiliTerror. --Esarianna 20:03, 3 October 2010 (UTC)

For me, it mimics the colors of my secondary weapon (ego Muramasa). Black blade + blue sheath = black fishing rod + blue handle. --Azz 07:15, 4 October 2010 (UTC)
