How to Get Quest	Complete the quest Mysterious Dunbarton Girl. Quest resets daily at EST: 10:00am UTC: 3:00pm AEDT: 2:00am 7:00am PST100.
Briefing	Hunt monsters to fill Abelia's blank Skill Manual.
Objectives	Skill Manual Completion Talk to Abelia in Dunbarton Town Square
Rewards	Abelia's Gift Broken Weapon Fragment
Additional Information	Upon receiving the quest, you will receive a Skill Template. The first objective is completed by killing monsters based on their Combat Power, which fills the objective's completion rate. Weak or Weakest does not fill. Similar fills by 4%. Strong fills by 6%. Awful fills by 8%. Boss fills by 15%. Pet or Marionette kills will not fill the objective. Failing to complete the objective before EST: 10:00am UTC: 3:00pm AEDT: 2:00am 7:00am PST100 will result the completion count resetting(?). Upon talking to Abelia, the quest will automatically complete.

• Abelia is at Dunbarton's square, right next to the Fashion Contest stand.
• Complete the given quests.
  • This event is basically just "kill monsters who's CP is higher than yours for a reward".

1. Details/Quest
   • I'd say one of them is redundant but it's whatever to me.
2. "Talk to Abelia, who is located near the Fashion Contest Statue"
   • Missing town name.
3. "You must have at least 2x2 space in your inventory in order to receive it."
   • If you didn't get it the first time, what happens if you make room and then talk to her afterward?
4. "Points will not be given if a monster is defeated using marionettes, summoned Golems, or pets."
   • This can be remedied by disabling "Summons finish automatically" in Options -> Game -> ETC. and then finishing the monster yourself.
     • Add this sub bullet in.
5. Skill Manual Completion: How 2 Get Quest
   • You have to talk to Abelia to get it after reset time, rather than receiving it automatically like previous events.
6. "The objective will fill as long as the Finishing Blow is dealt by the Player and not the Pet."
   • That's stating the obvious; remove it.
