Support Box Restock?

What time does the NPC restock support boxes? I've yet to see them in the shops and nowhere is it clear when they're restocked. I can confirm that they do not reset at 7 am PST, I am not even sure if its real time or in game time.

I don't think anyone has seen them for sale. There is a Mabinogi forum thread about it
