Can also hurt magic AND melee immune enemies?

So, I was in Metus right, and I decided to use meteor to cut the lich's hp down a bit with the fire passive damage, but when I used it I got a critical hit which killed a red prison ghost, very nearly killed a blue one, but it also cut the brown one's hp in half which is ~2500 damage I think I saw the meteor do. The passive fire damage didn't reach the blue, red or brown ghosts, just the arch lich.

Come to think of it...I didn't see triggers happen when I used it in MA. Maybe I was just lucky?

Out of curiosity, how much damage did you do to the Lich?

1 + burning damage.

So is the damage from the burning like Wings of Rage's after effects when struck?

I guess. This r1 meteor guy 1 shot all the ghosts in the center of metus with his meteor. Lich took 1000 damage increments from the flames. Stops when they leave the fire though of course.

Yeah, I don't see it triggering any passives except invulnerability.
