G13 proficiency rates.
Looks like everything got multiplied by five on the normal table.
Keep this in mind as we gather data for confirmation.
It's important to note that service actually boosts your prof gain (at least, I'm fairly sure it's service). People without service still gain more prof than they did prior to G13 but not the enormous amounts that people with service get.
Friend who has no service profs slower than me. He is an older character as well and i am age 10. Also my prof has increased by 20 fold.
Based on checking across characters of different ages, races, accounts and players, I'm fairly sure it's service. And yes, I know it's Thursday. Thursday however doesn't take you from 6% prof (what my normal account without service gets on normal days) to 20.6% prof (what my proffing account on beginner service gets on Thursday) per melee prof instance. I don't know about you but I like to try and look into things before making claims. A quick look at the page as it is right now also shows fairly huge inconsistencies between players. Things like 6->15->7.2 and 7.2->21.6 are fairly telling.
