Obtained Method Naming

My friend, while looking through individual pages of the Mythril Lance Heavy Set, noticed how inconsistent naming for obtain methods are. I noticed three instances, "Reward", "End Reward", and "(End Reward)". I want us to decide on one term and use it for everything.

Another thing I noticed, some items say "Come from X Gachapon" and "Blacksmithing", then you scroll down and you see the blacksmith scroll comes from the same gachapon. I may be wrong but I'm 90% sure the item itself doesn't come from the gach, the blueprint for it does, that needs to be clarified for such pages. (I do not remember which pages had that problem at the minute.)

Is the mythril set even obtainable through Peaca? Afaik, parts (all?) of it were obtainable through some gach (summoning?)?

I don't think it was ever in a gacha. All parts are definitely obtainable in peaca.
