can anyone get on the main website of Mabinogi, or even nexon.net? It looks like it's down or something.
and my client launcher is permanently stuck checking for patch information if there's an update.

blegh...now I'm getting "Logging in..." message on my client after getting past the long patch check...
At least it isn't just me...I d/c'd while getting on another char. then I'm stuck force closing the client, and just finally got it to launch. now it's stuck at the login screen.
Well it's safe to assume nexon has finally kicked the bucket...that or Ferghus gone done pull the plug again.
doesn't look like it'll be up for a while either...I doubt it but something is odd for things to suddenly shutdown like this.

There is speculation of DDOS attacks, but these aren't confirmed. NEXON just posted on all of their facebook pages that they are looking at the problems now.
this morning there was people using smash doing like 1 billion dmg in pvp it was crazy.... i was like :O wtf
sometimes a feed will go through now to the nexon home site and mabinogi site, but the server still disconnects before anyone can log in and play.
With what's occurring and no news or any information at all, I'd say it's most likely an attack on Nexon.

Wonder if they'll give any compensation for those with premium service. Since I had just bought a 1 day premium service last night and was expecting to be able to use it some more today. If not then this is some major BS.
- Sigh* For those of you who don't get the point, NEXON North America is down, at the moment they are doing everything they can to fix it. It may be just technical issues, or it could be a Hacker Attack, I've not seen any information on what it is besides speculations. Now, while I understand how you all are feeling, pissed off about the game going down, I'm exactly the same, Premium Service being wasted, just got a new farm last night, etc., but that's NO reason to start a flamer war on the Wiki Main page, if you want to gripe, go do it to someone who wants to listen to it, if you have proper information, post it, if not, don't. Isn't it obvious? Anyways, from what I've read just now, looks more along the lines of a Hacker Attack, for example what you all can see, the Smashers in PvP doing over a billion damage, or whatever. Those themselves are harmless, just similar to PGM edits, but, it could be that, like the Mari Server, all the people using Mabipake, etc. have finally succeeded in crashing the game. But, for that to happen, the only game crashed would be Mabinogi. Thus, either someone has tried to hack NEXON America, and either succeeded or failed, can't tell at the moment, or NEXON's just having some issues. Either way, just stop complaining.
