Your Funky Doctor Glasses should be reuploaded:

• In natural png. The mabinogi screenshot option takes everything in jpg. A guide can be found here.
• With the glow effects off. Possible through options.
• With outline rendering off. Possible through options.

It's still a converted file.

I tried uploading in the other format and kept receiving a file extension error.

Not sure why you would upload it in another format. The problem with your images is that it was originally a jpg, and then a png.

It needs to be a pure png.

I've been trying to follow the tutorial you sent me but the snipping tool doesn't work on my computer so this is the best I can do.

If you don't have a snipping tool, you can use something like MS Paint or Paint.net to crop it.

Hey! Yeah, the Sniping tool didn't work for me either. The trick is to have Mabinogi in Windowed mode, and then click outside of the Mabi window, so it's not selected/depressed on the Taskbar at the bottom of your computer screen. Then press the PrntScrn button on your keyboard. Then paste into an image program. Crop the image, save it as a .png file, then upload it here! Hope that helps - let me know if you need more info ^_^
