It seems you're a little confused on what the Incomplete Categories for DeadEiry are for. The title of the category indicates what needs left to be done on that item page on the category.

For example,

Let's say that 'Dustin Silver Knight Armor' was in the NeedMarket Category, that indicates that we need the 'Resale price' (Price that any NPC will buy for) for that page. Once the resale price has been added, the Category tag can be removed.
