Bound in Destiny: Puppeteer

Bound in Destiny is a Sidequest story of indeterminate order. It also serves as the tutorial questline for the Puppetry talent. Equip a Control Bar or rebirth a character into the Puppetry talent to start this questline.

• New characters must complete the Lorna and Pan's Fresh Start Tutorial [Guide] quests found in the Basic quest tab. Once all tutorial quests have been completed, the quest will be available on that character.

Depending on your choices through the story, you will be awarded with one of the following:

• the Truth Seeker and a Prototype Mini.
  • Stats: Will +5
• the Ambiguous and a Prototype Mini
  • Stats: Luck +5
• The Liar and an Old Friend Mini
  • Stats: Int +5

Instruction	Talk to Austeyn in Dunbarton You will receive a Misdelivered Package (2 x 2). Talk to Galvin in Emain Macha Talk to Macaulay in Emain Macha You will be awarded 5,000 EXP for completing the quest.

The Puppeteer

	Information	Do you know who sent the package you deliver. Please drop by so we can speak in person. - Huw
Instruction	Talk to Huw in Emain Macha Ask about Huw's Childhood The second objective consists of a RP Shadow Mission, "Huw's Childhood 1", where you RP as Huw. Huw has Rank D Defense, Smash, Counterattack, Windmill, Combat Mastery, Critical Hit, Sword Mastery, and Rank B Wire Pull and Puppet's Snare. You must quit your party (if any) in order to receive the Shadow Mission from Huw. After a few minutes into the RP, eliminate the four Gray Wolves and a White Wolf while protecting the 5 Sheep. Talk to Huw in Emain Macha You will receive Huw's Locket (1 x 2) and Packaging (2 x 2). You will be awarded 10,000 EXP and Rank F Pierrot Marionette for completing the quest.

Returning to Sender

	Information	Austeyn was the first person to receive the package. He might know where it came from.
Instruction	Talk to Austeyn in Dunbarton Get a Bottle of Milk You will receive an Empty Bottle to complete the second objective. Equip it then click any Cow to perform Milking to receive Milk. Deliver a Bottle of Milk to Austeyn in Dunbarton You will be awarded 10,000 EXP and a Gold Pouch with of 10,000 gold, and Rank F Colossus Marionette for completing the quest.

Huw Who?

	Information	Austeyn suggests you ask Duncan about the strange package.
Instruction	Talk to Ducan in Tir Chonaill Ask about Huw's Childhood The second objective consists of a RP Shadow Mission, "Huw's Childhood 2", where you RP as Huw. He now has Rank C Control Marionette, Pierrot Marionette and Colossus Marionette. You must quit your party (if any) in order to receive the Shadow Mission from Duncan. Eliminate the five Wooden Men. Talk to Duncan in Tir Chonaill You will be awarded 10,000 EXP and Rank F Control Marionette for completing the quest.

Instruction	Talk to Bebhinn in Tir Chonaill You will receive an Opened Letter (2 x 1). Use the letter to see a cutscene of Huw's past. You will be awarded 5,000 EXP and Rank F Act 1: Inciting Incident for completing the quest.

Into the Woods

	Information	The memory of the letter showed a dog running into Ulaid Forest. Search there.
Instruction	Find the Lost Dog Give Slices of Meat to the Lost Dog The Lost Dog is located at Dugald Aisle, west of the Logging Camp. Feeding the dog in the second objective will initiate the RP Shadow Mission, "Incident in Uladh", where you RP as Huw. He now has Rank B Act 1: Inciting Incident. Eliminate the two Brown Bears and a Red Bear. If you fail the Shadow Mission, you must feed the dog again. Talk to Tracy in the Logging Camp Deliver 5 Firewood to Tracy Investigate the Moss Clump in Ulaid Forest The Moss Clump is located deeper into Ulaid Forest, near the road to Sliab Cuilin. Collect the Friend from Ulaid Forest You will enter a Shadow Mission, "The Friend's Identity". Eliminate the four Brown Bears and the three Red Bears. You will be awarded 15,000 EXP and Rank F Act 2: Threshold Cutter for completing the quest.

Final Decision

Instruction	You will be awarded a title and a Puppet Mini depending on your choice, 10,000 EXP, the Marionette Enchant and Rank F Act 4: Rising Action for completing the quest. Choosing I found him. and then Tell the Truth rewards 'the Truth Seeker' and a Prototype Mini. Choosing I found him. and then Hide the Truth rewards 'the Ambiguous' and a Prototype Mini. Choosing Afraid not. rewards 'the Liar' and an Old Friend Mini.
