The Incubus king used to be the caretaker of Fiodh Forest, back when Siora was still in Erinn. The Book Lovers in the Forest of Desire recounts his relationship with a human woman, who would turn out to be Eiren's mother.
When fomors sought to steal his power, he instead chose to hide himself, for his wife and Eiren's sake. He communicated with Eiren through dreams, teaching her about how to control the power he had passed down to her.
After the humans cut down the Mother Tree, Siora took the power of Cernunnos with her, giving him a piece of the Mother Tree in exchange.
Mainstream Story
Initially thinking that both his wife and Eiren died, he sought to put an end to himself. But due to the nature of his power, further precautions were to be taken; thus he sealed himself off into a crypt in Tory Ravine. In order to get his revenge on those who killed his family, he entered a Geas with Hymerark. He cooperated with the Order of the Black Moon to further his revenge. The nightmares the common folk keep having in this Night are caused by his power.
Sensing that the Milletian wields Dorcha, he mistakenly believes that they had some part into Eiren's death and tries to fight them. After Eiren clears the situation up, he is much more amiable to the party.
Fodla had lied to him about Eiren being alive, and with this lie, he considers his deal with the Black Moon void. He then stops the nightmares set upon Erinn.

Trivia
- Rather than the term 'Incubus', 'Night Hag' is the term used to refer to him, possibly denoting a higher-tier Incubus.
- The Incubus King is likely the predecessor of Kerune in the role of Cernunnos, the guardian of Fiodh Forest.
- The Incubus King's color scheme, mostly cyan, reflects that of the Succubus Queen's, pink.
