Description

Picaru is Lorna's rival from Episode 7 in the Mabinogi game guide videos, Lorna & Pan, that can be found on Nexon's Mabinogi website, which was made as a "Beginner's Guide."

He accompanies Lorna through an Alby Dungeon normal run, remarking that Lorna is really strong, but insults her "not being strong after all" after he hustles her to the Battle Arena where he repeatedly obliterates her with his Lightning Bolt. He is then defeated a few times with the help of Pan, Lorna using Defense and Smash and Pan using 5x Firebolt Charges. After his defeat, Picaru cries and runs away.

Trivia

• Not until after his last successful attempt to defeat Lorna does he realize that Lightning Bolt does not knock back people who use Defense.
• Picaru seems to be impatient when casting his Lightning Bolt, where his thought bubbles told the casting time to "hurry" several times.
• Pan remarks Lorna's encounter with Picaru reminds him of how he tried soloing a Black Succubus but failed horribly, due to her repeated Lightning Bolts.
• There is an inconsistency where only one charge of Picaru's Lightning Bolt knocked back Lorna in their first battle. Normally, Lightning Bolt knocks back one target using two bolt charges, which Lorna remarks later in the episode.
• There is an inconsistency where Picaru strikes Lorna with his Lightning Bolt as her club is inches away from hitting him. Normally, the opponent cannot attack in the middle of an attack animation.
• There is an inconsistency with the magic casting animation, as Swords at the time had the same animations as that of an Blunt. The same applies in Pan's flashback with the Succubus.
• It can persume that his name, color code, main skill shows that this character is based on 'Pikachu' from Pokemon series.
