A Fomor Pass that features writing on the Spirit of Water that's hardly legible. If you give this to Aer, the Spirit of Water, you may find out something.
If you go to Ceo Island and give this to the water spirit Aer (pick up the pass and give it to her), you will receive a Rundal Siren Dungeon Pass, which allows its owner to enter Rundal Siren Dungeon by him/herself. While the Suspicious Pass is tradeable, the Siren Pass isn't.
