Does the Fishing Chair and Fishing Chair for 2 actually increase the success rate for Fishing? I find these two sentences contradicting:

“	Increases the success rate of Fishing.	„

“	The fishing rates are solely based on the player's Fishing rank.	„

Increases rate of Auto Fishing Success, but the rate at which the bites happen is based on rank.

Any boost on manual fishing?

I'm not quite sure about manual fishing. I would assume there's less resistance to the fish dragging the line away.
