Does the Fishing Chair and Fishing Chair for 2 actually increase the success rate for Fishing? I find these two sentences contradicting:

Increases rate of Auto Fishing Success, but the rate at which the bites happen is based on rank.

I'm not quite sure about manual fishing. I would assume there's less resistance to the fish dragging the line away.
