Anyone else only getting balloons from monsters that are above or equal to your CP?
Yes, friends have been getting them rather regularly from shadow missions with mobs that are higher than their CP, and some mass killing boss rated CP mobs are getting even more.
I have been rather busy in RL so I've been mostly AFK fishing in Doki Doki and have yet to fish up a single deflated balloon (R3 fishing). So I think its safe to say you don't get them there.
Also you must turn in at least 1 inflated balloon to get the prize when the 'hot time' comes up. This means if you have multiple alts you can turn in 1 inflated balloon for a club then switch back to your main and after the 'hot time' passes you can log into your alts and collect Consolation boxes.
The monsters being equal or above your cp may not be requirements, i just got a deflated balloon from a WEAK level monster.
You're a little late. I already made the change after reporting finding one from a weakEST.
Is the winning based on the balloons the channel has for one club or the entire server? For example: I turn in 20 balloons to channel 6 for Music club Music club wins. Does the whole server win?
So basicly, does the balloon count for a club include the server as a whole?
So apparently, many people still believe that the event is channel based and not sever based. I would add it, but I'm not sure on how to word it.
Better nothing. You should be surprised at the number of times people suggested "Separating channels for each club".
That is seriously puzzling. Anyway, I added a contrary to popular belief note.
I've noticed that if you have a character that's got a Club Certificate in their inventory, if they log out for an extended period of time, the next time they log in, they'll be given a consolation box, even if no counting period has passed since you obtained the certificate.
I'm not sure how long it takes for the game to take your certificate and give you a consolation box, but if 2pm, 7pm, and 11pm PST are the only balloon counting times, then those certificates have some kind of time limit based on how long it's been since you last were online on that character.
So using an Adonis set and having 1 balloon in my inventory, I afked for the night and into work. I did not get a balloon, nor did I notice anything on the floor. I was in Tir Choniall. Do they stack or not? If they didn't that may explain why I didn't get more balloons, or I just have rotten luck. I was using an Item Piecing W22.
Been fishing for a few hours on Doki Doki Island and haven't gotten one yet.
Also they stack to 100 according to its page.
Either its 0.000LOTSOFZEROES_1 rate or Nexon lied. I've been on Doki Doki Island for half a day and nothing at all, and I've periodically checked back too.
Maybe same rate as catching cat eyes, fishing?
It is possible, but it's extremely rare.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case.
