Maeby confirmed that Strength adds damage to the Throwing Attack Formula now. I noticed about a 15-20 damage increase when I checked my Altatl after the patch, but I don't know the new formula. I'm guessing from my stats (had 203 Str at the time) that maybe 10 Str = 1 max damage, without enchanted items on. If anyone can help figure it out please do.

- Throwing Attack still does not have a Stat damage modifier (i.e. Strength), at least for me. Rank 6 Throwing Attack with Feather Atlatl and Short Javelin still gave me a damage range of 23~77. PS. I have 261 Strength.--钟国豪-BIassreiter 19:41, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

- There never was a damage upgrade to Throwing Attack at G10. The only upgrade to Throwing Attack at all was the Bundle of Short Javelins being implemented for more missile capacity. Apparently "Nexon Lied" is true.--钟国豪-BIassreiter 11:43, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
My giant has rank B throwing attack, feather atlatl and short javelin so he has a damage range of (18-61) and that is what is displayed in the character window. But I hit up to 89 damage without critical hit. My giant does not have any enchants that increases damage and he has 159 str. I think the stat boost is hidden. --Dias 21:33, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

So my giant has rank 6 Throwing Attack, and it's supposed to be 90% accuracy from rank F to 6. And I can't remember ever missing, and I'm going around throwing javelins like nobody's business and I'm not missing. Skill variable 1 is still 90/95/99 in the data, but it looks like it's simply ignored now?
Oh you can absolutely still miss! I've had r1 for a while and I've missed fairly recently on wyverns. 99% yes but they were also moving.
About how often were you missing? It's definitely not 10% chance of missing, so misses may be due to the luck stat.
Rank 1 is 99% and if they're moving nobody is quite sure how low the % goes. Maybe it's 95%? But either way monsters can't dodge things with their luck (which they likely don't have) :)

I've heard something about it stunning longer than before but I'm not a Giant...
Before I upload it on the interwebs, Can I say "akin to Human and Elven Ranged Attack" for the sake of the video. Before Dual Guns, this was pretty much the only option for a giant to take up ranged tactics.
